A: Yes, and let us know soon in order to let the kitchen staff know how many will be staying over.

Is it possible to attend the Monday Advanced Crystal Bowl Sound Healing training without attending the three-day retreat? What do you recommend?

A:  No. We recommend  you attend the full retreat in order to confidently evolve the work in the Advanced Training

Will you be holding another similar retreat in the near future?

A: Another 4-day retreat is not in the planning stage for the near future.

Q: How much will we be using the voice?

A: Opening your voice and using it consciously as the primary tool for personal awakening is central to our work. We will use the open voice to fully inhabit your essential self, and integrating voice with the high frequency quartz Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls in the second phase of our work together. This provides a powerful tool for personal and professional growth.

Q: Will there be an opportunity to learn about how to select which bowls to use for different health conditions?

A: You will learn to listen to your internal, intuitive barometer for choosing which bowl best serves a particular situation or condition. Less focus on head (overthinking) and rely more on your intuitive (body brain) response to the situation before you. Intuitive sound healing will provide deeper healing and alignment for both the practitioner and client.
